The state of art modular cleanroom suite was built by KTEC Cleanroom Systems, certified by ENV Services and environmental monitoring is done with Biotest Hycon products.

The cleanroom suite consists of 3 interconnected cleanrooms:
-Class 1000 changing room equivalent to an ISO class 6 (maintains less than 1000 particles larger than 0.5 microns/cubic foot).
-Class 100 equivalent to ISO class 5 cleanroom (maintains less than 100 particles larger than 0.5 microns/ cubic foot).
-Class 10 equivalent to ISO class 4 cleanroom (maintains less than 10 particles larger than 0.5 microns /cubic foot).

The cleanrooms have magnetic lockout doors and a pressure differential between the rooms to prevent cross contamination. Ultra-violet radiation is used to sterilize the rooms overnight each day. The load bearing double wall system has baked enamel over aluminum as the outside skin and stainless steel as the skin on the inner cleanroom walls. Because of its modular nature this cleanroom suite of rooms can be reconfigured to accommodate expansion demands or disassembled and relocated.
